Footwear assessment and advice. (Home or clinic) £34 at home/ £29 in clinic

Many foot problems such as corns and callus are caused by wearing incorrectly fitting footwear. Feet can change shape and even size over time, and swollen feet and ankles can make it difficult to find shoes to fit. We offer a measuring service at home or in the clinic. We can then recommend the right type of shoe or slipper for you, and help you find them. We can even order the shoes for you and return them on your behalf if necessary.

Allow 30-45 minutes

Shoes must be paid for when ordering.

Musculoskeletal assessment (clinic only) £35

If you are experiencing foot, ankle or knee pain you will benefit from our musculoskeletal assessment. Beginning with an in-depth discussion we will then carry out specialised tests to identify the cause of your pain. We will then explain your treatment options to you in order to work out the best, most effective solution for you.

Allow 45-60 minutes.

Follow up appointments may be necessary.

Musculoskeletal follow up (clinic) £26

Outcome measures will be used in order to assess how well your treatment plan is working, and adaptions will be made if necessary.

Allow 20-30 minutes.

Orthotic therapy (clinic) £25-80

Many musculoskeletal issues can be relieved with the right orthotic (an insole which fits in your shoe). We can supply the correct orthotic for your condition. Basic orthotics start at £25, with bespoke orthotics available for up to £80. All your options will be thoroughly discussed and we recommend a follow up visit to monitor progress and adjust if needed.

Ingrown toenail conservative treatment. (Home or Clinic) £30

We will assess and treat your ingrowing toenail to relieve pain and minimise risk of infection.  A sterile dressing will be applied after treatment if necessary. Suitable only if there is no infection present; we recommend seeing your GP if you think your toe is infected.

Allow 20-30 minutes.

Ingrown toenail surgery (clinic only) £200 1 toe + £50 each additional toe

If you suffer from a recurrent ingrowing toenail you may wish to have part or all of the nail removed. This procedure involves a local anasthetic and an initial appointment will be booked to assess your suitability for this. Following your surgery you will be given at least 2 follow-up appointments to check your toe and re-dress. Further information can be found on our 'Toenail Surgery' page.

Verruca assessment and treatment. (Clinic) £29 initially, then £20 for each follow-up

Verrucae are notoriously difficult to eradicate, and as such we cannot guarantee 100% success rates, however we can assess your verruca and carry out the treatment that we find most appropriate for you. We recommend that you have a minimum of 3 treatments so that progress can be charted and home care may be required in between appointments to maximise the results.

Allow 20-30

Verruca needling (clinic only) £150-£175

Needling is currently one of the most effective treatments for eradicating a stubborn verruca. Local anasthetic will be used to numb the area so an initial assessment will be carried out to ensure you are suitable for the treatment, and follow-up visits are included to monitor progress.
